FAQ

Do you travel for photo sessions?

I am located near Silver Lake, Mears, Pentwater, and Ludington, Michigan, and will travel to nearby cities (such as Muskegon, Manistee, Fremont) to photograph your session. A travel fee will apply to locations further than 30 minutes away.

Do you have wardrobe advice?

After booking, I will send you an email with further details including a wardrobe guideline. Styling makes a HUGE difference on your final images, so let's talk.

Can I make changes to the session on the day of?

When you book your session, we will begin a conversation about location and the members involved in the photo shoot. Any changes of location or people will need to communicated, and possibly additional charges added.

What kind of gear do you use?

I love my Nikon D750, a wide frame DSLR that works beautifully for me. I use a 50mm lens.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Through the online gallery, you can download your digital files and print at your choice. You do not print through me.

Do you cancel for bad weather?

Within 2 hours of the session, I will make a decision if it has been raining and will continue to rain. Depending on the ages of those in the session, other weather factors may cause me to cancel and reschedule.

Do you do wedding photography?

No, I'm focusing my time and talents on family photography, and do not take on wedding sessions.
